We are SO GRATEFUL to have you shopping with us and are excited to get your order to you as fast as possible.  Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, some of our orders are experiencing shipping delays that are out of our control.  Rest assured, we will do everything we can on our end to avoid delays, if you aren't happy we aren't either!

It's not uncommon that your order will arrive separately, sometimes they come from different factories or are are available on different days.  

At the moment, our usually quoted 2-3 days for processing  and still another 7-10 days for delivery.

Delivery time to your door is processing + shipping time*

Local Orders:  Items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase.  You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. Orders arrive at your door within 10-15 days but generally arrive faster.

No we do not , But we are planning to ship our products worldwide each day and having many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

 

 

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us within 12 hours of purchase.  Email us at info.naturegrace@gmail.com and title your email ORDER CHANGE or  call us at 01200315575 .  If it's been more than 12 hours since purchase, we can't guarantee a change to your order.

What is your return policy?

  • We FIRMLY stand behind our products.  We accept returns up to 14 days after the item has been delivered.  If you have a damaged item, please email us immediately for a replacement at info.naturegrace@gmail.com.
  • Customer is required to pay return shipping fees (if there ) and they are nonrefundable.  Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.  We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.  
  • At this time we are unable to offer exchanges.  You may return your item and repurchase the correct size.
  • Refunds will be processed within approximately up to 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.
  • I didn't get all of my items.
  • We try and get items out as quickly as possible and will ship them as soon as they are prepared for shipping.  Often, we'll ship packages separately at no additional cost to you.
